California's Geary Pacific acquires
HVAC Supply of Denver.
Wholesaler HVAC Supply of Denver has been acquired by Geary
Pacific Supply of Orange, California.

The transaction was jointly announced Friday by the two
privately held firms. The purchase price wasn't disclosed.
HVAC Supply of Denver is one of the metro area's largest
wholesale suppliers of heating, ventilation and air
conditioning supplies. It employ about 75 people in six
Colorado locations.
Geary Pacific Supply has nine California locations in
addition to its headquarters, six in Arizona and locations
in Las Vegas; Portland, Oregon; and Arlington, Texas.
HVAC Supply was founded in 1986 by Sal D'Alessandro. The
transaction will grow Geary Pacific Supply to 25 locations
in the West.

Layne Miller, CEO of
Geary Pacific said, "Sal D'Alessandro, president of HVAC Supply,
and I have been friends and business associates for more than 15
years. Throughout our relationship it became obvious that
combining the two firms would assure us, our employees,
customers and manufacturers, a bright future for decades to
come.
"We have no plans to change staff or locations and HVAC Supply
will keep its name and identity," D'Alessandro said.

continue our growth and success while immediately expanding our

be even better customer service, and additional services, for
our customers. We couldn't be more pleased."
Geary Pacific Supply, founded in 1961 by Pat Geary, a heating
contractor, is a wholesale distributor of heating and air
conditioning parts, controls, supplies, and equipment.
