California-based Pace Supply will also build a
40,000-square-foot distribution center in Waipahu.
“This acquisition is a major opportunity to build on our
existing Hawaii business and continue the strong relationships

built,” Pace Supply CEO Ted Green said in a statement.
Terms were not disclosed. The two companies had been in talks
since earlier this year about a sale, which is expected to close
