The SEER Group LLC Acquires Majority
Stake in Western Heating & Air Conditioning.

The SEER Group LLC (www.theseergroupllc.com)
is pleased to announce its fifteenth acquisition, a majority
stake in Western Heating & Air Conditioning, a heating and
air conditioning company located in Boise, Idaho (www.westernhvac.com).
This is the first investment for The SEER Group LLC in the
Boise market.
Western Heating & Air Conditioning began in 1967, and since
then Bob Barnes and his family have grown this third
generation company to nearly one hundred employees while
becoming a market leading HVAC services company in Idaho.
“We have been looking for the right opportunity in the Boise
market for years, and we are delighted and grateful to have
found perfect partners in Bob and his family”, says Darrin
